Enhancing Lives

Resident Services Coordinators (RSCs) are available at most of our locations to help residents obtain information and support services as needed from a wide range of sources.  This program is provided at absolutely no cost to residents.

Our RSCs are trained and experienced counselors who link residents with community agencies and other area resources.  They can help residents identify and review available options based on their specific needs, assist them to access and obtain appropriate supportive services, and facilitate ongoing communication and coordination with providers.  RSCs serve as resident advisors and advocates, and they follow strict standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Our Resident Services program also includes educational presentations and special events, wellness clinics, and social and recreational activities.
