HUD Income Limits

Eligibility for most of our subsidized housing depends on gross income.

Income limits are established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) based on median income for each geographic area and are listed according to household size, i.e., number of persons.

Most of our subsidized housing locations fall within HUD's " Very Low" income category.
