Our elderly housing programs help older adults maintain their independence and privacy. We provide beautiful and specially designed apartments, and we assist residents in arranging for essential support services.

Resident Services Program

Trained specialists provide free counseling, coordination, and referral to community programs and services, such as housecleaning, home health aides, transportation, meals, health insurance and payment assistance, education, and volunteer opportunities.

Eligibility

To be eligible for occupancy consideration, the sole member, head of household, or spouse must be at least 62 years old and household income must be at or below current income limits established by the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
